Catering Fees & Services
Delivery & Service Fee for your event:
*Buffet service is 30% of food cost with a $300 service fee minimum.
*Plated Dinner Service fee is 35% of food cost.
*5 Hour party window is included in service fee, additional time can be added at clients request.
*10% gratuity will be added to final bill for the waitstaff.
Additional Options:
*Delivery only in disposable pans $50.
*Delivery & set up- Includes chafing dishes and platters with pick up the next business day (Items must be washed) $150.
Our Catering deposit is $500:
*It is nonrefundable and is applied as a payment to your invoice.
*The deposit books your date.
*The Balance is due one week before the event date.
*Payments are non-refundable. Payment options- Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit Card.
Minimums:
* $15 per person minimum on menus
*Menu item pricing is per item, per person
*30 guest minimum on catering orders
*Menu item quantities cannot be broken down
*$600 minimum on all events
Add on Items:
*Plasticware- $1 per person
*Dinner plates, cake plates, paper napkins & silverware
*Real dishes are rented from the rental company.
*Flowers for buffet table- $100 Options- Hydrangeas, roses, tulips or greenery
